Does what it claims!!! My allergies are gone from whatever in the air was causing it. I keep it on the plasma mode when using. And even ran the full power ozone mode through my Air conditioning to clean the air ducts. Highly recommend the SafeAir X2"�
I was surprised by how compact it is, but it really packs a punch. My original one had an issue with the touch screen but the company sent me a brand new one no questions asked. It's become my go-to purifier for hotel rooms and road trips.
